The Geneva Graduate Institute offers different Wi-Fi networks for different profiles:

• IHEID_AUTH: for the Geneva Graduate Institute community by using your OneLogin credentials
   
• eduroam: for university students worldwide visiting the Library by using their university's ID and password
  • Login: youridentifier@yourinstitutionsdomain
  • Password: your institution's password
     
• IHEID-GUEST: for other visitors by entering your smartphone number to receive a 24-hour code via SMS

The Service Desk is open in person Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00.
