How to delete a duplicate SWITCH edu-ID account?

To use Library services, you must register in SLSP, which first requires a SWITCH edu-ID account.
A person should only have one SWITCH edu-ID account. If you create duplicates, you are in violation of the Terms of Use and risk having your accounts deleted or merged. You also risk losing account data.
