How to print from a personal device?

If you want to print from a personal device, you have to use the PaperCut Web Application from a personal device.

Note: If you receive an invalid certificate message when accessing the Papercut web page, please install the security certificates available at ca.iheid.ch

1. Go to https://papercut.iheid.loc/user and log in using your OneLogin account:

2. In the “Web Print” Menu, click “Submit a Job”:


Note: You can also view pending jobs on this screen.

3. Select your printing options, then click “Valider”:

4. Choose the number of copies, then click “Upload Documents”:

5. Upload your document by: 

  • clicking “Upload from computer”
  • or draging and droping the file

Then click “Upload & Complete”:

6. Return to the “Web Print” page and check the status of your print job:

When the status shows “Held in a queue”, you can collect your printout from any multifunction printers using your student card.


PaperCut Web Application – Main functions

1. Summary: Dashboard showing your credit balance (only for paid printing) and statistics related to your print activity

2. Recent Print jobs: List of recently completed print jobs

3. Jobs Pending Release: List of print jobs sent to the server and held in a queue


Note: You can delete a print job from this screen before retrieving it at the printer.
